The Canadian Dental Care Program (CDCP)
MultiGen Healthcare fully supports the new CDCP
About the Program
The CDCP is dental benefits program administered by the federal government and is intended to reduce dental costs for eligible Canadians without private benefits and a household income under $90,000 per year.
Patients may be only partially covered depending on their household income.
The CDCP does not cover all dental procedures. The higher costs of mobile dental care delivery are not covered by the CDCP program.
MultiGen’s Role
Provide predeterminations of fees indicating the portion of costs that are covered by the CDCP and the costs for which you will be responsible.
MultiGen will collect the covered portion of dental fees directly from the CDCP benefits program so patients will only be required to pay the uninsured portion of the fees.
All Dentists working with MultiGen are registered for the CDCP program.
Patient Enrollment
Qualified individuals are required to enroll in the CDCP program. Below are links to the CDCP webpages that may be helpful.
